Artist residency
Pepita also aims to be a residency space for artists.
As my dream for a very long time has been to run an artist residency, I would like to immediately highlight this future facet of Pepita.
This will be an activity on the side of office rental, and which, at first, will be short and exceptional. It will not happen immediately, but it already impacts the spirit of the offices.
